Refund Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at: [email protected] explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will get you a full refund for the value of up to 5 pouches of BlackSheep or send you a replacement product, be it similar or not.
You can get a refund for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. We may ask you to send pictures of the product/pouch to include in the email.
Please DO NOT SEND the product back to us. Keep in mind we will only refund up to 5 Pouches if for any reason you didn’t like the product.
